After the decision was made last Sunday to move on purchasing the new building that was put up for sale near us we have moved on purchasing it. Currently the offer has been accepted and a tentative closing date has been set. Please pray for what God would have you give to aid in the down-payment and purchase of this new building. For those that don’t know which building I have included some pictures. It's the 4th building down from our current building on the same side right against the incoming alleyway. This will be a great addition to our growing ministry and will probably be used for classrooms/youth room/fellowship area.

We were able to have our first working version of our webcast this past Sunday. I don’t think anyone was watching :) but its a step. We are recording the service as a video as well and provided the link on the left for “Click Here to watch video sermons” which will contain past recorded messages.

The Hershey family as they travel to Maryland and back. Joe’s dad passed away suddenly this past Saturday and they are traveling to the funeral.
Sean & Sara and their kids as they are traveling to Arizona

We had a great picnic after church last Sunday at Clover Park. It was a great day for kite flying unfortunately though some of our kites just were not that aerodynamic but we did manage to get some of them going pretty well. I grabbed all of the photos that Sarah took (thanks Sarah!) and posted them to the church site as well with a link provided here. These were taken a little later in the day so unfortunately we don’t have pictures of everyone :( .. If you have any more photos to add just get in touch with Joey or Kurt and we will get them added to the website here. Thanks.

We had a wonderful time at our Secret Sister reveal on Thursday night. Many compliments to Shane Thorpe for the delicious dinner that he prepared for the Ladies. We really appreciated it! It’s not too late to join us for this session which will run from march until September. Please see Deana Thorpe to get your secret sister’s name.

As we head into Spring, let’s not lose our focus on our goals for the 2009 year!!! - Pay off our mortgage on the building by our 2nd anniversary
- Have 9 new committed families join the church this year
- See 90 souls saved this year

We had three people get baptized today !!! Micah Falde, Jake Hershey and Katie Hershey all took the plunge. We also had some younger ones that wanted to get bathwashed :) however I think were going to give them a little more time to become more aware about the baptism process. I don’t have the pictures unfortunately hopefully someone can bring some by for us to post.
